House rules

We ask our guests to observe the following notes during their stay at Landhof Carnuntum:

1. Consideration & Quiet: Please be considerate of other guests – especially during the evening and quiet hours (from 10:00 PM).

2. Non-smoking apartments: All apartments are strictly non-smoking. Smokers may use the designated outdoor area in the courtyard.

3. Pets: Pets are only allowed in the apartments by prior arrangement.

4. Cleaning & Waste disposal: Please leave the apartment in a tidy condition. Waste must be disposed of in the provided bins. Cleaning can optionally be booked in advance.

5. Laundry room & Vending machines: The machines in the common area are available to all guests. Please leave them in the condition you would like to find them yourself.

6. Liability: For damage to the inventory or loss of keys, we reserve the right to charge corresponding costs.

7. Parking: The parking spaces in the courtyard are available free of charge. Please use only the designated areas.
